Description
When we think of two typical Italian dishes, pizza and pasta are the first that come to mind!
But… who really knows how to prepare them, and to the highest standard?
In a room exclusively dedicated to you, your family, your friends or your colleagues, you will discover the art and secrets of fresh handmade pasta or traditional pizza.
Guided step by step by chef Alberto Colacchio, a professional with twenty years of experience who transforms tradition into a ritual of style and taste, you will discover that every gesture – from the choice of flour to the preparation of the dough – is taken care of down to the smallest detail to offer an authentic and memorable experience.
You will prepare the dishes with your own hands, and then enjoy the fruits of your (very pleasant) labour: the experience is enhanced by a private tasting of the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by a selection of Italian wines.
