What Happens in Case of Bad Weather?
The impact of bad weather depends on the type of experience you’ve booked—whether it’s an outdoor or indoor tour.
-
Outdoor Tours: These are weather-dependent and will be confirmed 1 to 2 days before the scheduled start date.
-
Cancellation Due to Weather: If your outdoor tour is canceled because of bad weather, we will contact you directly and provide a full refund of your deposit. A cancellation due to bad weather is very unlikely!
